Your air purifiers can be a tax write off

Nov 12, 2022 | Commercial

Thanks to the Australian Government’s temporary full expensing measure, eligible businesses can claim 100% of the cost of their commercial air purification systems as a tax deduction.

Under the scheme, businesses with an aggregated turnover of less than $5 billion can claim an immediate deduction for the business portion of the cost of an asset in the year it is first used or installed for a taxable purpose.

But the offer is only available for assets installed before 30 June 2023, so businesses wanting to take advantage of this tax break need to act quickly to allow time for order, delivery and installation.

For those looking to future-proof their operations from further COVID waves (or other airborne risks), this tax break is the perfect opportunity to install PHI Active Air Purifiers from The Clean Air Company.

It is unknown if the scheme will be extended beyond the 30 June 2023 cut off, so it is wise to get in early and secure this tax write off for your business now.
